Admach Systems Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report

as of Jul 2026

  1. Backward integration flips the margin profile - CNC machining, laser cutting, press brake and tapping machines funded by the IPO (₹16.5 cr fully utilised) were commissioned in FY26, with one or two remaining machines due by July 2026. Management expects the in-house ratio to flip from 30:70 to 70:30, adding 3-4% to EBITDA margin and 2-3% to PAT margin from FY27, which alone could lift EBITDA above the 20% target on the existing revenue base.
  2. Order book covers near-term revenue, ₹200 cr bid pipeline extends it - The order book stood at ₹82.09 cr as of 6 July 2026, with the ₹65 cr core book expected to execute by end-September 2026, while quotations submitted exceed ₹200 cr at a 60-65% conversion rate. Management guides FY27 revenue easily past ₹100 cr and is confident of reaching around ₹200 cr by FY28, implying the current facility - rated for ₹200 cr - can be filled without new construction.
  3. Nuclear Fuel Complex order opens a multi-project government pipeline - A ₹10.62 cr order from NFC Hyderabad for a high-pressure pumping station is scheduled for execution by 15 October 2026, with 80% payment on dispatch. Four to eight more similar NFC projects are lined up with technical offers already submitted, and the government’s Nuclear Energy Mission has allocated ₹20,000 cr for SMRs by 2033, giving this segment multi-year visibility.
  4. Defence X-ray and NDT orders are in advanced discussion - A machine was exported to Brazil for 155mm howitzer shell testing, and systems have been supplied to Taiwan and Korea for missile-body inspection, with management stating that discussions for further 155mm shell-testing deals are at an advanced stage and expected to close within one to three months. Defence is called out as the fastest-growing segment, and India’s defence exports hit a record ₹23,622 cr in FY25 with $130 bn planned for fleet modernisation.
  5. Steel billet conditioning and finishing lines add large-ticket orders - A complete billet conditioning line was supplied to Tata Steel, with three or four more inquiries in the pipeline, and two orders aggregating \~₹18.11 cr were received in January 2026 from Jailaxmi Alloy Steels for a bar finishing line and NDT machine, due by 15 July 2026. Steel Machines is already 55% of FY26 revenue, and India’s plan to double steel output by 2031 sustains demand for the capital equipment Admach supplies.
  6. US pipe-sector orders build a direct-export beachhead - Six projects from a US oil-and-gas pipe company were under execution and due for dispatch within one month as of the Q4 FY26 call, and a separate purchase order from Welspun Tubular LLC, USA was received for an automated tool-changing device. Direct export orders to the US are now in the book, and management notes that export margins are higher than domestic, so a growing US share would lift blended profitability.
  7. European partnerships are shifting from contract manufacturing to direct exports - Admach works with six European partners who sell Admach-made equipment globally, and the next phase will see Admach exporting directly, with current export bids of ₹20-25 cr already submitted. The company is 30-40% cheaper than foreign manufacturers, so winning even a fraction of those bids would add high-margin revenue on top of the domestic order book.
