Airfloa Rail Technology Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report
as of Jul 2026
- Group revenue target of ₹500 Cr for FY27 - Management targets FY2027 revenue of \~₹500 Cr with PAT margins of 12-13%, with 70-75% already covered by the existing ₹486.9 Cr order book. At the guided margin, PAT would reach ₹60-65 Cr - a more than 50% jump from FY26’s ₹39.1 Cr - on revenue that is already largely in hand.
- 14-acre integrated facility doubles capacity - A new 14-acre manufacturing facility begins construction in FY27 with 50,000-1,00,000 sq ft of shed for railway and defence work, targeting completion by end-December 2026. It doubles current capacity at a time when utilisation is already \~90% on a two-shift basis, removing the single biggest constraint on order intake.
- ₹1,200 Cr bid pipeline with 20-25% win ratio - An active bid pipeline of \~₹1,200 Cr includes \~₹900 Cr for Vande Bharat sleeper, Amrit Bharat, Spark, and Kavach coach platforms, against a historic bid-win ratio of 20-25%. Even the low end of that range implies ₹240-300 Cr of fresh orders, which would expand the order book by roughly half from its current ₹486.9 Cr.
- Coach refurbishment programme - ₹100 Cr expected in FY27 - A ₹26,000 Cr sanctioned programme for refurbishment of \~25,000 coaches over 3-4 years is underway, and Airfloa expects to book at least ₹100 Cr of orders from it in FY2027. That single programme alone could add an amount equal to roughly one-third of FY26’s full-year order inflow of ₹380 Cr.
- Automatic door systems MoU with Janatics - ₹95 Cr minimum value - The MoU with Janatics for automatic door systems carries an expected minimum business value of ₹95 Cr over FY 2026-27 & 2027-28, with Airfloa as the exclusive front-end partner for tenders. At FY26 revenue of ₹319.6 Cr, a ₹95 Cr product line added over two years represents a material new revenue stream from a single partnership.
- Chennai Metro lighting order - ₹22.91 Cr, supply from Nov 2026 - A ₹22.91 Cr order from BEML for Chennai Metro Phase-II lighting systems begins supply in November 2026 and completes within 17 months, with payment 100% within 45 days of each supply. The rapid payment cycle means the order converts to cash quickly, supporting the working-capital needs of the capacity expansion underway.
- HAL simulator orders - ₹60-70 Cr expected in FY26 - Prototypes for G22 simulators under the AMCA programme have been approved, and regular orders from HAL worth ₹60-70 Cr are expected for execution in FY26 through the tender process. This would more than double the \~₹29 Cr of aerospace and defence already in the order book, deepening a higher-margin segment outside the core railway business.
