Artson Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report

as of Jul 2026

  1. Floating Dry Dock - Sadhav Offshore order - A ₹72.05 cr order (revised upward from ₹61.54 cr) for construction and supply of a Floating Dry Dock is under execution with a 6-month timeline from 15 Apr 2026. At roughly 44% of FY24's total revenue of ₹164 cr, a single order of this size delivered within the year can sharply reverse the recent quarterly revenue volatility.
  2. Steel structures - Anuppur Thermal order - An award from Anuppur Thermal Energy for prefabricated steel structures worth ₹42.22 cr was received on 19 Mar 2026, with a 6-month execution window. This order alone equals over a quarter of FY24 revenue and loads the Nagpur fabrication capacity with a single large job, compressing the typical project cycle.
  3. Shipbuilding JV with Malabar Cements - A joint venture agreement with Malabar Cements was signed on 12 Feb 2026, giving Artson access to a waterfront of approximately 45m on 7 acres in Kochi for ship fabrication, repairs, and maritime products. This converts years of shipbuilding MoUs and GRSE site work into a dedicated waterfront facility, removing the single biggest barrier to scaling maritime revenue.
  4. Structural fabrication - Parli facility ramp-up - The Parli facility commenced operations in early 2024 delivering 250 MT and is equipped for 500 MT per month, with a midterm plan to expand to 2,000 MT per month and serve all SBUs as a multimodal hub. Doubling or quadrupling throughput at a facility that commands a price premium for predictable volume directly lifts the manufacturing revenue share that already overtook EPC in FY24.
  5. Airport fuel farm - Guwahati project and pipeline - A ₹125 cr fuel farm development project at Guwahati airport is underway, the largest order in over five years and the third such project after Mumbai and Hyderabad. With over a hundred airports planned, each requiring ATF tankage and hydrant networks, this establishes a repeatable template in a niche where Artson is already a proven supplier.
  6. Process equipment - Nashik unit momentum - The Nashik unit doubled revenue to a record ₹62.32 cr in FY24, delivered 1,500+ tonnes of equipment including exotic alloys, and added adjacent premises to expand capacity beyond 80% utilisation. Sustaining this run-rate at healthy margins provides a stable earnings floor while newer initiatives mature.
  7. Tata brand and financial reset - The company signed the Tata brand agreement in July 2024, changed its name to Artson Limited, closed all but one onerous EPC project, and converted payables to TPL into a long-term loan of ₹9.59 cr. A clean balance sheet with an IND A+/Stable rating and the Tata identity lowers the cost of customer acquisition and working capital, amplifying the margin impact of every new order.
