CIAN Agro Industries & Infrastructure Ltd Forensic Report - SOIC x StockScans Report

as of Sep 2026

What to watch

Bottom line: This is a record of unqualified opinions and a clean auditor transition, but the substance of the financials is built on subsidiary-level profit, write-backs, and revaluation gains rather than operating cash generation. The risk sits in the gap between the clean opinion and the recurring Emphasis of Matter paragraphs, the material weaknesses in controls, and the concentration of related-party dealings with promoter entities. Watch the amalgamation completion, the MD reappointment vote, and whether the Shubhada Tool consolidation changes the group picture before 24 March 2027.
