CWD Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report

as of Jul 2026

  1. Group revenue target of ₹380-400 crore by FY27 - management aims to reach ₹380-400 crore in revenue by FY27, with a quarterly run-rate of \~₹95-100 crore, up from cumulative 9M FY26 revenue of \~₹81 crore. The executable order book already exceeds ₹200 crore, covering the next 12-18 months and providing line-of-sight to the lower end of the guided range.
  2. Soundbox capacity triples at Mysuru - the new Mysuru facility commissioned on 1 January 2026 lifts daily soundbox production capacity from 5,000 to 15,000 units, with a projected FY27 single-shift run-rate of 2.5 lakh units per month. This removes the main capacity bottleneck that constrained revenue to \~₹33 crore in FY25, enabling the soundbox vertical to target ₹18-19 crore in monthly revenue in H2 FY26.
  3. ₹172 crore soundbox order book with marquee fintech wins - CWD holds a ₹172 crore order book in its soundbox vertical, anchored by a ₹76 crore purchase order from a financial service company and a ₹45.24 crore order from a domestic fintech company, both for execution in FY25-26. These orders, combined with design-cum-manufacturer mandates from PhonePe and Bajaj Finance, convert the capacity expansion into near-term revenue with committed offtake.
  4. CNIC smart-meter orders from CyanConnode begin execution - a ₹53.10 crore purchase order for Cellular NIC cards was received from CyanConnode on 21 July 2025 for immediate execution, with a total CNIC order of \~₹45 crore secured. CyanConnode’s global pipeline of \~1.5 crore smart meters creates repeat-order visibility, and high-margin CNIC execution accelerates from H2 FY26 just as the new plant comes online.
  5. Direct OEM sourcing lifts margins - management is implementing direct OEM sourcing to reduce material costs, with the benefit expected to drive margin expansion in H2 FY26 and into FY27. Combined with full-capacity utilisation and operating leverage at the new plant, this directly improves profitability on the growing revenue base.
  6. Strategic alliance with a global enterprise software company - an MoU signed on 24 February 2026 with a leading global enterprise software company targets enterprise deployment of CWD’s soundbox, deep technology integration with the Insight Platform, and joint go-to-market initiatives. A partnership of this nature opens distribution into enterprise channels that CWD could not access on its own, broadening the addressable market beyond its existing fintech base.
  7. International soundbox exports under discussion - CWD is in active discussions with leading fintech companies to export soundboxes to international markets and is engaging with a global payment network ecosystem with relationships in Africa. Export orders would diversify revenue beyond India’s domestic digital payments cycle and open a new, largely unpenetrated addressable market for the company’s core product.
