Emmforce Autotech Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report

as of Jul 2026

  1. ₹470 Cr US export order at full run-rate - The dedicated greenfield facility for a Tier‑1 US OEM commenced mass production on 15 December 2025 and is now running at the full \~₹5 Cr/month rate. This alone adds \~₹60 Cr of annual revenue in FY27 at a 20-21% target EBITDA margin, nearly tripling last year’s total EBITDA on an order where all capex is already capitalised.
  2. Subsidiary forging ramp-up to three shifts - Emmforce Mobility Solutions turned cash-positive in FY26 and its 1,600‑tonne forging press is expected to move from two shifts by end‑FY26 to a three‑shift operation in FY27. In‑house forging removes the third‑party margin on existing non‑OEM work and supports the subsidiary’s FY27 revenue guidance of ₹50-75 Cr.
  3. Long‑term axle‑assembly order starting Q3 FY27 - A US regional equipment OEM awarded a ₹10.5 Cr annual drivetrain supply contract for a complete axle assembly, with PPAP samples already submitted. Commercial production is scheduled to begin in Q3 FY27 in a new 30,000 sq ft facility, with more products lined up under the same relationship.
  4. Additional US customer wins adding \~₹20 Cr - Three new US customers were added in the past year and, together with two existing accounts, have awarded annual business of roughly ₹10 Cr, with a further US bid order estimated at another \~₹10 Cr per annum. All of this \~₹20 Cr business is expected to be in commercial production in FY27.
  5. Hydraulic gear pump moving toward production orders - The proprietary 120cc hydraulic gear pump, developed over five years of R&D, has received PPAP approval from a US customer and is in field trials. Management expects production purchase orders once trials conclude, laying the foundation for a separate hydraulics division over time.
  6. OEM revenue mix shift underway - OEMs contributed only 7% of automotive revenue in FY26, and the company is targeting \~40% by end‑FY27 and \~60% in outer years. The shift is already being driven by the US export order and TAFE business, which carry higher volume certainty and reduce dependence on the more fragmented aftermarket segment.
  7. Merger of group company and mainboard migration - Management has stated a “very high possibility” of a surprise merger of an associate group company into Emmforce in the coming months, alongside a plan to migrate to the mainboard within approximately one year. A subsequent acquisition of Emmbros Automotives Pvt Ltd is also intended, which would consolidate related‑party manufacturing assets under the listed entity.
