Exato Technologies Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report
as of Aug 2026
- AI infrastructure vertical - Launched in Q1 FY27 with HPE, AWS and Fortinet partnerships, the vertical is expected to start contributing revenue within a quarter and reach 25-30% of FY27 business at 10-12% initial margins. At FY26 revenue of ₹183 cr, that implies roughly ₹45-55 cr of new revenue in its first year, with margins expanding as land-and-expand plays out.
- Exato IQ platform commercialization - Platform readiness is targeted by March 2027, but management expects to close two BPO deals this month with revenue starting this month or next, at 40-50% margins. The platform currently contributes just 2-3% of revenue; management targets 20-30% within 3-4 years, which at current scale would add roughly ₹35-55 cr of high-margin recurring revenue.
- Order book conversion - Order book stands at ₹660 cr as of Q1 FY27, up from ₹600 cr at Q4 FY26, with \~₹410 cr unexecuted. Management expects 30-35% of the remaining book to bill in the current fiscal, which alone covers roughly 1.5x FY26 revenue of ₹183 cr.
- iQor BPO new logo - Three managed-services orders from iQor India Services, valued at ₹24.6 cr, were received on 21 May 2026, with execution due by August 2027. Management attributes ₹60-65 cr of new business to this single customer, making it one of the largest single-logo additions in the quarter.
- Healthcare vertical scale-up - Two large US healthcare customers contribute contracts of ₹130 cr and ₹95 cr, with a third ₹72 cr deal booked but not yet billed. Healthcare is the third-largest sector contributor, and management is actively targeting more US healthcare customers with a board-level hire dedicated to international market access.
- Mitel Platinum partnership - Upgraded to Platinum Partner, the highest category in APAC, enabling larger long-term enterprise contracts, co-sell opportunities and early product roadmap insights. Existing bank customers are already generating opportunities in Singapore, Bahrain and Dubai, with new logos added at Kotak Life Insurance and Kotak Mutual Fund.
- ARR growth trajectory - ARR increased by \~₹20 cr to \~₹140 cr in Q1 FY27, with management targeting ₹180-200 cr by end of FY27. That implies roughly 30-40% growth in recurring revenue within two quarters, on top of the \~₹410 cr order book still to execute.
- US subsidiary expansion - The US subsidiary has close to a dozen customers, with the Chief Revenue Officer based there to build a BPO go-to-market offering CX-as-a-service and AI-as-a-service. US contributed significantly to Q1 revenue, and management expects major contribution this year, supported by a senior US sales hire from Tata Communications.
