Flomic Global Logistics Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report

as of Aug 2026

  1. Warehousing scale-up - Warehousing hit ₹18 cr revenue in Q1 FY27, 15% of sales but 31% of gross profit, with 30+ facilities at \~13.8 lakh sq ft; management targets 17-18% of business by FY27-end. Shifting mix toward this 15-20% gross-margin business lifts overall profitability as freight margins stay thin.
  2. Freight rate tailwind - Ocean and air freight rates are rising, and management expects revenue momentum to continue three to four quarters; cargo shifting from ocean to air benefits Flomic as it handles both. Q1 FY27 saw all forwarding segments improve YoY, with \~6-7% volume growth plus rate gains.
  3. Project cargo push - The project division handles oversized cargo for oil and gas, aerospace and solar, with higher margins than routine forwarding; a 500 TPD DRI plant shipment to Nigeria was completed successfully. Senior sales and operations hires are being added to scale volumes.
  4. Customer wallet-share deepening - 184 customers added in Q1 FY27, with 5,000+ active and 52% of revenue from customers three-plus years old; many use one service today and can be cross-sold freight, customs, warehousing and project cargo. Middle-market focus yields higher margins than large corporates.
  5. AI documentation automation - An AI application started 1 July FY27 automating documentation, quotation-to-billing on one platform; 42,000 files were created manually last year, now fully automated. This cuts turnaround time and costs per shipment, widening margins on existing volume.
  6. Working capital release - DSO is down from \~72 days to 56-57 days, with 60+ day receivables cut 22.4% to ₹10.82 crore; target is 30-60 days. Each day of DSO reduction frees cash tied in debtors, improving FCF without new capex.
  7. Geographic expansion - FY27 priorities include new branches in Dubai, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Netherlands and London, plus air cargo centres at airports. The 25-branch network is already profitable after closing loss-making branches, so new nodes add revenue with proven unit economics.
  8. ESOP retention - The 2025 ESOP scheme, approved by shareholders and BSE, grants up to 12,71,785 shares (7% of equity) vesting over 3-5 years. This locks in key talent across the group, supporting execution of the growth plan.
