Lahoti Overseas Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report
as of Aug 2026
- Renewable power ramp-up - Q1 FY27 power revenue hit ₹75.30 lakhs with ₹42.92 lakhs profit, up from ₹40.60 lakhs revenue in Q4 FY26. At a \~57% segment margin on a small base, each new wind or solar installation adds disproportionately to group PAT.
- Value-added textile exports - Management plans to increase exports of dyed yarns, specialty yarns, and grey and dyed fabrics, and to open foreign offices to serve customers better. These carry higher margins than plain cotton yarn, and the company already sells into Germany, Portugal, Bangladesh, Vietnam, and South Korea.
- Innovative Spintex consolidation - Innovative Spintex became a wholly owned subsidiary during FY25, adding a manufacturing arm to the pure trading model. This gives the company direct control over production and margin, rather than buying from third-party mills.
- Derivatives/F&O division - The Other Division (derivatives/F&O trading) grew revenue by ₹69.62 lakhs in FY25, with profit up ₹113.68 lakhs including ₹59.30 lakhs of G-Sec interest. FY26 segment profit was ₹46.44 lakhs on ₹56.76 lakhs revenue, a high-margin earnings stream that needs no capex.
