Logica Infoway Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report
as of Jul 2026
- COCO retail rollout to 100+ stores - Management targets expanding the company-owned store network from 77 at FY26 close to over 100 by FY27 end, with retail space crossing 50,000 sq. ft.. Mature stores generate roughly 2.6x the monthly throughput of younger ones, so as the FY25-FY26 cohort seasons, retail revenue and gross margin should rise without a proportional step-up in fixed cost.
- Retail revenue mix shift - Retail revenue grew 60% YoY to ₹2,780 Mn in FY26, reaching 21% of total revenue from 16% a year earlier. That shift lifted FY26 gross margin 28 bps to 5.91% and produced the highest half-yearly gross margin in the company’s three-decade history at 6.30% in H2, so every further point of retail share directly expands consolidated margins.
- Samsung notebook distribution expansion - The Samsung Tier-1 National Distributor mandate for laptops and notebooks was extended in FY26 from West Bengal and Delhi NCR to cover UP and Haryana as well. A wider territory on an existing national-distributor relationship adds distribution revenue with limited incremental overhead.
- Calibrated export re-engagement - After a deliberate pullback in FY25 and H1 FY26 to redeploy capital into higher-margin retail, export revenue rebounded to ₹1,484 Mn in H2 FY26, up 112% YoY. The Board’s March 2026 approval of an Export Packing Credit facility with SBI signals intent to scale exports selectively without straining domestic working capital.
- SAP Business One go-live - The enterprise backend was upgraded from Tally to SAP Business One in April 2025, following the retail module migration a year earlier. Management credits the system with tighter procurement and inventory control that supported FY26 margin expansion, giving the company a scalable operating backbone as store count rises.
- Infinix exclusive distribution in Gurgaon - Exclusive distribution rights for Infinix smartphones, tablets, TVs, audio, and wearables were secured in Gurgaon during FY26. An exclusive mandate in a concentrated urban market typically carries better margin terms than multi-brand distribution.
- Main board migration exploration - The Board in March 2026 directed management to examine regulatory requirements and feasibility for migrating from the BSE SME Platform to the Main Board. A successful migration would widen the eligible investor base and could improve trading liquidity for the ₹287 Cr market-cap stock.
