MRP Agro Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report

as of Aug 2026

  1. Flour mill commissioning - The 160 TPD flour mill at Tikamgarh, with 250 TPD wheat cleaning and 80 TPD chakki capacity, was under construction with trial runs expected by March 2026. Management expects improved FY27 profitability from the new maida, atta, suji and bran portfolio - a second processing leg that roughly triples the dal mill's 4 TPH throughput on land already owned.
  2. Dal mill ramp-up - The Tikamgarh dal mill, operating at 70% capacity with 3 lakh quintal annual capacity, shifted to city-wise plant dealers in FY26, positively impacting sales and brand development. H1 FY25 revenue rose 132% yoy in the unit's first partial year, so full-year operation plus the dealer network implies further volume growth from the existing asset.
  3. Preferential equity funding - ₹12.88 crore raised via 10.73 lakh shares at ₹120 in February 2025 and ₹3.82 crore from 3.91 lakh warrants exercised in March 2026, both for working capital. The company entered food processing with zero debt and now has a D/E of 0.06, so this equity funding supports the ₹20 crore flour mill capex without straining the balance sheet.
  4. Subsidy receipts - A ₹3.37 crore subsidy from Madhya Pradesh's MSME Protsahan Yojna, 40% of eligible investment, is to be disbursed in four equal annual installments. This covers roughly 17% of the ₹19.87 crore flour mill project cost, directly lowering the capital base on which returns are earned.
  5. PRM Tradelink acquisition - The company acquired 89.46% of PRM Tradelink Pvt Ltd on June 9, 2025, making it a subsidiary. This adds a consolidated revenue stream and distribution reach beyond the company's own Madhya Pradesh network, broadening the base for the new product portfolio.
