1. Hero MotoCorp supply agreement - Hero MotoCorp issued a Letter of Comfort on 10.11.2025 for plastic body parts worth up to ₹52.50 cr p.a. for 3 years, with a new Sri City/Tirupathi plant to start within 6-8 months. That is roughly 15% of trailing revenue, secured by a signed order and a dedicated plant.
2. EV two-wheeler components - Supplies to EV two-wheeler manufacturers have already started, and management expects this segment to grow as EV adoption rises. With two-wheeler sales at 2.39 crore units in FY24, even a small EV share adds a new volume leg on existing capacity.
3. Hosur plant ramp-up - The new Hosur plant, commissioned in 2023, saw fixed assets grow from ₹4,570 lakh to ₹5,659 lakh in FY24. The plant is now past its build phase, so revenue from it flows at higher incremental margins as utilisation climbs.
