Sayaji Hotels Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report

as of Jul 2026

  1. Rights issue to fund expansion - The board approved a rights issue of up to ₹50 crore to fund long-term expansion plans, with formalities underway. Fresh equity at a ₹535-crore market cap can meaningfully accelerate the pipeline of management-contract signings without straining a balance sheet that already carries ₹44 crore of debt.
  2. Enrise brand doubling footprint - The Enrise brand has 14 operating hotels and 15 more under development, with a new 59-key Bengaluru agreement signed in April 2026 and a 61-key Junagadh property commencing operations the same month. Enrise is the company’s widest-moat brand by city count, and a near-doubling of keys directly expands the management-fee pool.
  3. Sayaji Raipur termination removes a drag - The Sayaji Raipur operating agreement was terminated effective 31 March 2026; the unit contributed 26% of turnover but only 20% of EBITDA, and an exceptional charge was booked in FY26. Shedding a low-margin, lease-heavy property lifts the group EBITDA margin and frees management bandwidth for the asset-light pipeline.
  4. Sayaji-branded residences fee stream - A licence, technical-services, and management agreement with SRSB Infrastructure for an 18.64-acre branded residential project in Nava Raipur will pay Sayaji Hotels an aggregate fee of approximately ₹3.90 crore over the contract term. The 10-year lock-in creates a visible, multi-year non-room revenue line with negligible associated cost.
  5. Pushkar 5-star resort adds large inventory - A 15-year management agreement signed in November 2025 covers a 200-room 5-star hotel in Pushkar with banquets, restaurants, gym, and pool. At 200 keys, this single contract is larger than most individual Sayaji-branded properties and can become a material contributor once operational.
