Sizemasters Technology Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report

as of Jul 2026

  1. Plastic injection-moulding subsidiary - Sizemasters Mould-Tech Private Limited was incorporated on 16 February 2026 with ₹2.5 cr paid-up capital (60% stake) to manufacture plastic and polymer products using injection moulding and extrusion. It adds a new manufacturing vertical to a company that reported only ₹14.2 cr in FY25 revenue, offering a fresh revenue stream once operations commence.
  2. Telecom infrastructure via Aurum Turnkey - Aurum Turnkey Services LLP, in which the company holds a 55% capital contribution and 45% profit share, generated ₹1.73 cr turnover and a loss of ₹33.5 lakh in its first year FY25. The venture is already operational and diversifies earnings beyond gauges into telecom network infrastructure services.
  3. Calibration services scaling - Sizemasters Calibration Services LLP (51% stake, 45% profit share) delivered ₹1.55 cr turnover and ₹8.84 lakh profit after tax in FY25. The calibration and engineering services business complements the core gauges unit and is already contributing to group revenue.
  4. Core gauges revenue step-up - Turnover from the precision gauges and measuring instruments business rose to ₹14.17 cr in FY25 from ₹10.94 cr in FY24. The 30% growth in the legacy manufacturing segment provides the base cash flow that funds newer ventures.
  5. Geographic expansion in under-represented markets - The company is actively spreading its gauges reach to parts of India where it is less represented. Widening the domestic sales footprint can lift utilisation of existing manufacturing capacity without proportionate fixed-cost increases.
  6. Fundraising capacity for new units - Management has repeatedly stated that funds raised are earmarked for expansion, new business ventures, and starting new manufacturing units, with investments already rising to ₹3.75 cr by September 2025 from ₹3.01 cr in March 2025. A debt-to-equity ratio of just 0.14 and equity of ₹14.7 cr leave headroom to fund the next manufacturing initiative without straining the balance sheet.
