Tinna Rubber & Infrastructure Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report
as of Aug 2026
- Pyrolysis & rCB at Varale - The fully integrated TPO and rCB complex at Varale made its inaugural commercial dispatch on 22 Jun 2026, with TPO sales expected in Q2 FY27 and rCB by Q4 FY27. Management projects the rCB Pyro business to contribute about INR100-125 crores to the top line in FY27 at margins in line with current operating margins - roughly 10% of current revenue from a \~₹50 crore capex that is largely spent.
- MRP capacity expansion - The ongoing 3,500-tonne MRP expansion is on track for Q3 FY27 commissioning, taking total capacity to 20,000 tonnes per annum, believed to be the world's largest. MRP volumes grew 28% YoY in Q1 FY27, and this capacity addition removes the constraint on the company's highest-margin product line.
- IOCL rubberized bitumen order - Secured a two-year work order from Indian Oil Corporation valued at approximately ₹75.79 crores for Crumb Rubber Modifier supply to Haldia and Mathura plants, received 19 Jan 2026. This single contract, executable over FY27-FY28, anchors the infrastructure business and fills a meaningful share of the 15,000-tonne FY27 processing order.
- PCMB capacity and revenue ramp - The new 12,000-tonne facility at Gannaur, Haryana was commissioned in Q1 FY27, tripling total PCMB capacity to 18,000 tonnes per annum; Q1 FY27 revenue tripled to ₹12 crores. Management targets ₹75 crores of FY27 revenue at 60% utilization - up from roughly 4% of FY26 turnover to a projected 10% of FY27 revenue.
- India tyre-crushing capacity expansion - India tyre-crushing capacity is on track to rise 27% to 235,000 tonnes per annum by FY27, up from 185,000 tonnes in FY26, with Q1 FY27 volumes already up 35% YoY at 88% utilization. Management is exploring de-bottlenecking and possibly a new greenfield plant given robust demand, which would extend this growth beyond FY27.
- TP Buildtech scale-up - The Kolkata plant commissioned in Q4 FY26 is ramping from under 25% utilization, with three new construction chemical product lines launched; management targets over 30% growth to cross ₹100 crores revenue in FY27. That would reverse FY26's decline to ₹75 crores and restore the 17% EBITDA margins achieved in FY25.
- Oman margin recovery and GCC expansion - Global Recycle LLC Oman recovered to 78% capacity utilization in Q1 FY27 with an 8.53% EBITDA margin, after corrective measures including raw material imports into Oman. GCC markets now take 60% of sales, targeted to reach 80%, and the plant reached net-net breakeven in FY26 - steady-state revenue is guided at ₹30-36 crores annually.
- South Africa Phase 2 - Phase 1 capex is complete with exports of semi-processed material begun; the 9,000-tonne crumb rubber production line is on the way, with production expected in Q2-Q3 FY27 and breakeven from Q2. This converts a start-up cost centre into a second international earnings leg, with 24,000 tonnes of ELT export approval already secured.
- Renewable energy cost savings - Rooftop solar plants of 999 kW at Gummidipoondi and 2,218 kW at Varale were commissioned in June and July 2026, taking renewable capacity from 1.23 MW to 4.48 MW. Renewables now supply 51% of total power, with third-party sourcing saving ₹1.19 crores in Q1 FY27 alone - annualized savings of roughly ₹4 crores drop straight to the bottom line.
- Steel abrasives exclusive distributorship - Secured exclusive distributorship for Zibo TAA Metal Technology China across India, with customer transition starting Q4 FY27 and management confident of \~50% volume growth in FY27. This adds a new product line to the steel segment on an asset-light basis, with no capex required.
