Aesthetik Engineers Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report
as of Aug 2026
- La Reliant merger closes - NCLT sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation on 22 July 2026, with appointed date 1 April 2025, adding La Reliant's ₹20.45 crore net worth and aluminium extrusion business. The merger makes aluminium backward integration effective immediately, with La Reliant's FY26 revenue of ₹207 crore roughly 1.7× Aesthetik's last reported annual revenue.
- Surat solar plant startup - Commercial production at the 3 GW aluminium frame and 1 GW solar module facility at Hansot, Surat is targeted by April 2026, with FY27 projected turnover of ₹843 crore. That is over 7× Aesthetik's FY25 revenue of ₹118 crore, with PAT projected at ₹47.41 crore versus the current ₹12 crore EBITDA base.
- FY27 revenue step-up - Management projects FY27 turnover of ₹843 crore, driven by the Surat plant's first full year at 37% frame and 50% module utilization. The ramp path is concrete: 6,416 MT of frames and 350 MW of modules already have utilization targets through FY29.
- Mumbai entry order - Received a ₹37 crore work order from LH Residential Housing for aluminium windows in Mumbai, execution over 18 months. This opens the Mumbai real estate market, a new geography, at roughly 30% of the current order book.
- Order book pipeline - Unexecuted and under-negotiation orders stand at ₹269.78 crore, with ₹90.98 crore expected to complete in FY26 and ₹113.73 crore in FY27. This covers over 2× FY25 revenue and supports the 24-25% growth rate assumed in DCF projections.
- Uday Tuff glass integration - The glass processing unit was operationalized in FY25, securing supply of toughened and architectural glass for all internal requirements. This removes a key input cost and supply risk for the façade business, with Uday Glass Works' FY24 turnover of ₹10.38 crore now in-house.
- Solisys solar frame orders - The wholly owned subsidiary received a ₹3.81 crore order for aluminium solar frames in January 2026, with 2-3 month execution. Solisys' H1 FY26 revenue of ₹8.27 crore already exceeds its full FY25 turnover of ₹7.66 crore, showing the solar frame channel is scaling.
- Schüco partnership - Partnership with the German brand for unitized curtain wall glazing and aluminium windows and doors. This brings a premium international product line to the existing façade contracts, supporting margin and order quality.
