Anlon Healthcare Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report
as of Aug 2026
- 700 MTPA greenfield expansion - Commissioning of the new Pipaliya plant is expected by Q1 FY28, funded by \~₹130 crore capex with statutory approvals already in place. This adds around 1,200 MTPA, taking standalone Anlon capacity from 400 to \~1,600 MTPA, and supports management's FY28 revenue expectation of \~₹700 crore versus ₹172 crore in the last completed year.
- Apiqo Organics acquisition - The 67.48% acquisition (completed January 9, 2026) adds 700-800 MTPA capacity, fully operational at 80-85% utilization, with a confirmed order book of ₹125-130 crore. Q1 FY27 revenue contribution was \~₹45 crore, with FY27 guidance of ₹120-150 crore from this subsidiary alone.
- Export expansion to regulated markets - Direct export is expected to close FY26 at \~30% of revenue, with a FY27 target of at least 60%. Export carries 15-17% higher EBITDA margin than domestic sales, so this mix shift alone could lift consolidated margins meaningfully.
- CDMO commercial supply - One molecule's validation quantity was dispatched in March 2026, with commercial supply expected by Q3 FY27; two more molecules' commercialization follows by Q4 FY27 or Q1 FY28. This converts a 3-4 year gestation project into recurring revenue from two global innovator companies.
- Seven new API launches and DMF filings - Seven new APIs are planned for launch and DMF filing within FY27, with 5-7 products expected to be regularly commercialized for export in FY27. Two high-value molecules priced at \~$8.50 per kg in metric ton quantities launch in Q3 FY27.
- Bizotic Lifescience acquisition - The 56.67% acquisition (completed March 20, 2026) adds 300-400 MTPA ready-to-operate capacity at 50-55% utilization, with FY27 revenue guidance of \~₹60 crore. Domestic customers without regulatory requirements shift here, freeing Anlon's constrained capacity for higher-margin export production.
- Loxoprofen formulation launch - Gel and spray forms are under CDSCO/DCGI application, positioned against Volini gel, with approval expected in the next-to-next financial year. This is the first Indian launch of the world's second-largest NSAID in these formats, opening a new domestic consumer market.
- Remember India Health Links FDF entry - The 63.98% acquisition (completed May 8, 2026) provides over 30 formulation dossiers and access to domestic retail and hospital markets, with WHO-PQ approval expected by end of calendar year. Revenue starts from Q3 FY27 at expected EBITDA margins above 25% due to own backward API supply.
