- ETFA commercialization: Anupam Rasayan has commercialized ETFA via continuous flow chemistry, aiming to capture 10% to 15% of the $500 million to $600 million market. This is expected to generate over $50 million in revenue within 18 to 24 months at EBITDA margins above 25%.
- Revenue growth guidance: The company is maintaining its 20% to 30% standalone revenue CAGR guidance over the next 3 to 5 years. Growth will be supported by an order book exceeding $1.6 billion and key product contributions across pharma and agrochemicals.
- Flow chemistry pipeline: In addition to fluorination, the company applies flow chemistry to nitration and chlorination platforms. It currently has more than three products under development using continuous flow capabilities.
- Bliss capacity utilization: Management plans to increase capacity utilization at recently acquired Bliss from roughly 30% to 60%–70% over the next 2 to 3 years. This ramp-up will be driven by expanding market presence into the US, Europe, and India.
- Capital allocation strategy: Future cash generation will primarily be used to strengthen the balance sheet and pay down existing limited debt. Management indicated there are no new inorganic acquisitions planned at present.
