Anya Polytech & Fertilizers Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report
as of Jul 2026
- Group revenue and margin target - Management guides consolidated revenue above ₹200 cr for FY26 and targets ₹350 cr by FY27, with an EBITDA margin of 18-20%. At the guided margin, FY27 EBITDA would more than triple from the current ₹16.85 cr run-rate, transforming the earnings base.
- SSP capacity doubles by FY27 - The company expects 30% additional Single Super Phosphate capacity in FY26 and a full 100% expansion by FY27, building on the 66,000 MT installed base at subsidiary Arawali Phosphate. Doubling SSP capacity directly scales the Fertilizers Division, which contributed ₹75 cr of revenue at a 9.8% margin in the latest segment data.
- Biomass and pulp molding add ₹50-60 cr turnover - A biomass pellets project and a pulp molding tableware project are expected to add ₹50-60 cr to topline, with the biomass unit to be established within six months from September 2025. Offtake is already secured from Reliance and Pepsi for biomass pellets, and the company has approached Apple and IKEA for pulp molding packaging.
- Flexible packaging portfolio complete, utilisation rising - Infrastructure is now in place for the full flexible packaging suite - SDP, PP, BOPP, Leno Bags, and Jumbo Bags - and the segment is overbooked with orders. Management is targeting 100% capacity utilisation over the longer run while selecting orders to maximise margins, with the Polymer Division guided at 10-12% EBITDA margin.
- Polyfirm acquisition adds capacity and marquee clients - The acquisition of Polyfirm Packaging, with 60% acquired initially and 10% still pending as of September 2025, added a PP plant at Bhopal with a 7 TPD tape plant and 20 automated circular looms. The unit brings clients including RCF, HPCL, and Vizag Steels, while cutting energy costs by roughly 40% versus the Shahjahanpur facility.
- Chelated micronutrients expand high-margin fertilizer basket - Zinc chelated salt has already been introduced with margins above 30%, and chelated versions of all micronutrients (ferrous, magnesium, etc.) will reach the market within 6-10 months from September 2025. These products lift the Fertilizers Division margin toward the guided \~20%, well above the segment's current 9.8% PBIT margin.
- Patented pesticide tie-up with UPL - Through a tie-up with UPL, which is also a shareholder, the company gains exclusive rights to pack and market certain patented pesticides under its own brand name. This opens a new product category with differentiated IP protection, distributed through the existing agri-input network.
- Solar power expansion cuts energy costs - A 700 kW solar pilot is already running for self-captive use, and an additional 1-2 MW is planned, which would add ₹3-4 cr in annual savings. Every rupee saved on energy drops straight to operating profit, widening margins across both the fertilizer and polymer divisions.
