Apex Ecotech Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report

as of Jul 2026

  1. FY27 revenue visibility from ₹125 Cr order book - The order book stood at over ₹125 Cr as of 31 March 2026, and management states the entire amount will convert to revenue in FY27 with typical project gestation of 10-12 months. That alone covers 84% of FY26’s ₹149 Cr revenue, and management guides a minimum FY27 revenue growth of 30-40%.
  2. Reliance Consumer Products WTP order - A ₹100-125 Cr LOI from Reliance Consumer Products for water treatment plants at two beverage sites was received in September 2025, with roughly 70% executed in FY26 and the balance due in FY27. At the upper end, the residual ₹30-38 Cr provides a high-certainty FY27 revenue block from a marquee client.
  3. L&T automobile-plant order upgrade - An initial ₹45-55 Cr LOI from L&T Construction for WTP, ETP and ZLD works at a Tamil Nadu automobile plant was upsized on 23 June 2026 to ₹55-67 Cr, with execution in FY27. The upgrade adds up to ₹12 Cr of fresh scope just as execution begins, lifting the order’s contribution to as much as half the opening order book.
  4. ZLD and advanced-technology mix shift - Zero Liquid Discharge plants contribute 20-30% of revenue and management intends to grow that share, with ZLD, MBR and RO recycling identified as high-margin scaling priorities. A rising ZLD mix should support the stated aim of maintaining EBITDA margins even as the top line expands rapidly.
  5. Veolia partnership deepening - The company works in sync with Veolia on projects in India, using Veolia technologies, and the alliance has deepened with Veolia also pushing Apex into particular jobs. Access to a Fortune 500 partner’s pipeline and technology lowers the cost of winning larger, technically complex orders.
  6. Automation and SAP implementation - Management is rolling out automation, SOPs and SAP systems to streamline project delivery and gear up for future scale. “First time right” delivery on a growing order book protects margins and working capital as revenue scales.
  7. Pansen Engineering and CRD Consumer orders add FY27 fill - A ₹15-20 Cr order from Pansen Engineering (WTP, ETP, ZLD, STP) was received in June 2026 for FY27 execution, and a ₹18-22 Cr order from CRD Consumer Products was received in November 2025. Together they add up to ₹42 Cr of incremental revenue around the core order book, filling any scheduling gaps.
  8. IPO proceeds fully deployed, balance sheet debt-free - The ₹25.5 Cr IPO is fully deployed into capacity and working capital, cash and bank balances stand at ₹35 Cr, and the company is almost debt-free with a zero debt-to-equity ratio. A clean balance sheet with ample cash collateral capacity allows the company to pursue the larger-ticket projects management says are increasingly available.
