- IPO and capital: The company is raising ₹733 crore via an offer for sale at a price band of ₹132 to ₹139 per share, reducing promoter holding from near 90% to 78%. No fresh capital was raised because ARCIL maintains a high capital adequacy ratio of 65% against the 15% regulatory requirement and a low debt-to-equity ratio of 0.4.
- AUM and recoveries: ARCIL manages over ₹20,000 crore in total AUM, comprising 69% corporate and 31% retail and SME assets. The company recovers between 20% and 25% of its AUM annually and typically co-invests at least 15% in acquisitions alongside other investors.
- NARCL competitive dynamic: Management stated that the entry of NARCL does not affect ARCIL's deal pipeline, as NARCL targets very large legacy NPAs requiring state backing while ARCIL focuses on other market segments.
- Financial reporting focus: Investors are advised to track standalone financials instead of consolidated results, as trust consolidation under Ind AS cancels out management fees that constitute roughly 50% of revenue. Standalone revenue increased from around ₹300 crore in FY24 to ₹350 crore in FY25 and ₹408 crore in FY26.
