• Revenue growth: The company reported 20% year-on-year top-line growth and 50% bottom-line growth, with growth across broking, distribution and MTF.
• Diversified model: Management said it is expanding non-broking businesses alongside broking. Distribution AUM grew around 29% year-on-year, while the MTF book grew 38%.
• MTF funding: Despite RBI changes to banks’ capital-market exposure limits, the company raised additional funds while maintaining what management called a healthy debt-to-equity ratio, bringing the MTF book to ₹1,500 crore.
