- Pre-sales guidance: Despite a weak Q1 with bookings of ₹350–360 crore due to a temporary lull in project launches, the company remains confident in achieving its FY27 pre-sales target of ₹2,200 crore, expecting to reach nearly 50% of the target by September 30.
- Pune project expansion: Ashiana fully paid ₹175–200 crore to acquire 28.55 acres in Pune for its largest senior living project, which carries an estimated sales potential of ₹1,800 crore and is targeted for launch in 18 months across 6–7 phases.
- Debt and liquidity: The company is currently net debt-free with cash holdings exceeding debt, managing its obligations by repaying maturing project-specific NCDs as project cash flows materialize and raising fresh capital for new developments.
- Profit margin trajectory: Margins are expected to improve in FY26 and FY27 despite rising input costs, supported by deliveries of projects with lower land acquisition costs, higher realizations, and operating leverage on fixed overheads.
