- Net interest margins: Sequential NIM improved to 6.2% and is expected to sustain through Q1 and Q2 of the current fiscal year due to lower deposit renewal rates and reduced interest reversals from declining slippages.
- Credit cost guidance: Exiting Q4 at 2% on the back of lower slippages, improved recoveries, and substantial declines in SMA 0, 1, and 2 books, credit costs are guided to fall to 1.6%–1.7%.
- CASA ratio targets: CASA recovered sequentially to 29% as ₹16,000 crore in retail savings deposits offset an ₹18,000 crore run-off in high-cost chunky deposits, with the bank aiming to reach a 31% share.
- Long-term return goals: ROA improved to 1.1% in Q4, keeping the bank on track for its FY27 exit targets of 1.5%–1.6% ROA and above 15% ROE, supported by wholesale banking fee income and emerging business growth.
- Credit growth targets: Bandhan Bank aims to achieve at least 15% credit growth for FY27, while targeting deposit growth slightly above credit expansion.
