### **Overview** Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), established on July 16, 1970, and headquartered in Hyderabad, is a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Defence. As a **Mini-Ratna Category-I Central Public Sector Undertaking (CPSU)**, BDL holds a strategic position as India’s **leading Defence Public Sector Undertaking (DPSU)** in the design, development, and manufacture of guided missile systems and underwater weapons.
