as of Jul 2026

  1. Group EBITDA target of ₹5,000 crore by FY30 - Management has set a consolidated EBITDA target of ₹5,000 crore by FY30, anchored by a ₹10,000 crore capex programme across subsidiaries. 2. JK Paper capacity expansion to 1 million tonnes - JK Paper is expanding capacity from 0.6 million to 1 million tonnes per annum, with the packaging board expansion commissioned and the Sirpur expansion under implementation. 3. JK Cement capacity expansion to 30 million tonnes - JK Cement is expanding from 15 million to 30 million tonnes per annum, with the Prayagraj expansion commissioned and the Panna expansion under implementation. Cement segment PBIT margins have run at 42-97%, and a doubling of capacity on an already high-margin base materially lifts group earnings.
  4. New trading business adds revenue streams - The company commenced trading in paper, tyres, rubber, cement, textiles and related products from Q4 FY25, with Board and RBI approval. This opens a new, capital-light revenue line that leverages the group's existing product flows and supplier relationships without the fixed-cost burden of manufacturing.
  5. JK Fenner acquires precision machining business - JK Fenner acquired the precision machining business of ACWA Automatics LLP, Bangalore, on a slump sale basis for ₹54.89 crore. The acquisition adds a new industrial capability to the group's engineering vertical, broadening the earnings base beyond the core tyre and polymer segments.
  6. Scheme of arrangement simplifies group structure - The demerger of Umang Dairies' dairy business and amalgamation of its residual business into BACL became effective on 17 June 2025, with UDL liquidated and BACL's shareholding cancelled. The simplified structure concentrates value in the listed holding company and removes a non-core subsidiary, sharpening BACL's identity as the group's pure investment vehicle.
