Chavda Infra Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report

as of Jul 2026

  1. ₹91.2 crore equity infusion completed - The preferential allotment of 80 lakh shares closed in January 2026, bringing in ₹91.2 crore in cash. This directly strengthens the balance sheet, with management stating the funds will regularise cash flow and reduce interest cost without adding new debt.
  2. Order book at ₹785 crore with 24-36 month visibility - The unexecuted order book rose 11.7% year-on-year to ₹785 crore as of FY26, anchored by marquee projects like The Identity and Trogon Twin Towers. At over 2.4x FY26 revenue, the backlog provides a clear runway for top-line growth without relying on new wins.
  3. Revenue run-rate accelerating into FY27 - FY26 revenue grew 22.6% to ₹320.6 crore, with Q4 FY26 alone delivering ₹167.6 crore - a 50% year-on-year jump. The exit rate implies significant momentum heading into FY27, as large projects like The Identity and Arvind Aqua City move into peak execution.
  4. Cash conversion cycle halved - The cash conversion cycle improved from 180 days in FY25 to 129 days in FY26, while net debt-to-equity fell from 1.4x to 0.6x. Faster collections and lower leverage free up internal cash for growth and reduce dependence on working-capital debt.
  5. Technology investment enabling taller, faster builds - The company has deployed \~₹106 crore in advanced formwork systems, including aluminium monolithic formwork from Malaysia and Peri systems from Germany. Management is targeting building heights of 200 metres, up from the current 150 metres, which opens a new tier of skyscraper contracts.
  6. Backward integration into RMC and refurbishment - Two captive ready-mix concrete plants and a 5,000 sq. yard refurbishment yard are now operational, supporting in-house material supply and equipment maintenance. Owning the input chain protects margins and reduces downtime on high-rise sites where pour schedules are critical.
  7. AA+ contractor classification in progress - The company has initiated the AA+ classification process to qualify for larger, marquee projects. A higher grading widens the bid-eligible universe, particularly for government and institutional work that currently makes up only 8% of the order book.
  8. Geographic expansion to top-tier cities in 2-3 years - Management plans to enter Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Delhi after first increasing capacity, working initially with existing developer clients who already have projects in those markets. The move diversifies revenue beyond Gujarat, where 75% of current work is concentrated in Ahmedabad.
