Aditya Infotech Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report

as of Aug 2026

  1. Kadapa capacity doubling - Kadapa runs at 85-90% utilization on 0.25 crore units a month, and management plans to double total capacity by FY28, with land acquisition in final stages and the Greater Noida cluster applied for. Doubling capacity removes the binding constraint on a company whose revenue grew 89% in its latest reported quarter.
  2. Housing backward integration - The Kadapa housing and enclosure plant, construction commenced January 2026, starts Phase 1 in Q2 FY27 and Phase 2 in Q4 FY27, targeting 3 crore units a year. This directly attacks the \~60% of bill-of-materials cost still imported, with management targeting over 50% localisation.
  3. Lens assembly ramp - The commissioned Kadapa lens line starts commercial production in Q1 FY27 at 3 lakh lenses a month, scaling to 10 lakh by end FY27. Lenses are a stated backward-integration priority, and the line is already installed and paid for.
  4. Orient Cables JV - Corelink Cable Technology, the 50:50 JV with Orient Cables incorporated June 10, 2026, targets commercial production by end FY27 from a \~1 lakh sq ft Rajasthan facility. Management expects the cable business to be at least 5% of CP PLUS revenue, on a product line currently bought from outside.
  5. L&T SoC camera supply - A definitive three-year agreement with L&T Semiconductor Technologies covers 0.9 crore IP cameras powered by LTSCT's indigenously designed Vision SoC. This locks in a large, chip-secured volume base at a time when non-STQC competitors are being pushed out of the market.
  6. Price increases - Management guides \~25% price increase for FY27, with 10-20% already taken and monthly single-digit hikes continuing. On FY26 revenue of ₹4,883 crore, a 25% ASP lift alone adds over ₹1,200 crore of top line before any volume growth.
  7. Qualcomm AI commercial launch - The Qualcomm partnership platform is in advanced trials, with commercial availability expected Q1 2026 and an AI-as-a-service SaaS model under development. This moves CP PLUS from selling cameras to selling recurring video-intelligence services into enterprise and government accounts.
  8. Nexivue brand rollout - Nexivue commenced commercial shipments in April 2026 after STQC certification, targeting mass-market and unorganised segments with a city-based exclusive distribution model. This attacks the price-sensitive tier that Chinese brands held before the April 2025 STQC mandate, with Eyra following next quarter.
  9. Railways and government orders - Railway orders are closed and locked in, with billing expected this quarter and the majority flowing into H1 FY27; Indian Railways plans CCTV across all 74,000 coaches and 15,000 locomotives. Government business is guided at 15-20% of revenue, and the company calls itself a "most solid contender" for ₹2,000-3,000 crore of railway supplies over two years.
