Clear Secured Services Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report

as of Jul 2026

  1. ₹200 Cr banking contract - CSSL won a five-year contract worth over ₹200 crore per annum from a multinational banking service provider for security, manpower, maintenance and business support. At roughly 2.6× FY26 standalone revenue of ₹778 crore, this single order alone resets the revenue base and locks in high-visibility earnings for half a decade.
  2. Government order book shift - Government and PSU revenue share rose from 12% in FY24 to \~31% in FY26 YTD, with the government order book at \~₹142 crore as of March 2026 for phased execution over four years. The shift toward sticky, multi-year annuity contracts from railways, metro and energy PSUs lengthens revenue visibility and reduces client-concentration risk.
  3. E-surveillance scale-up - Post-September 2025, CSSL and subsidiary Comfort Techno received e-surveillance orders worth ₹47 crore, including a ₹40 crore order covering 2,351 ATM sites, against a built capacity of 10,000 sites. Filling that installed capacity carries high incremental margins because the command-centre infrastructure is already in place.
  4. IPO-funded balance-sheet reset - The ₹85.6 crore IPO closed in December 2025, with proceeds directed to equipment, working capital and debt repayment; net worth rose to ₹223.4 crore and debt-to-equity fell from 1.02 to 0.42. A cleaner balance sheet lowers interest cost and frees cash flow for the subsidiary’s equipment build-out.
  5. Metro and urban transit order inflow - CSSL received ₹97.33 crore in new orders during H1 FY26 from MMRDA, Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation and Maha Mumbai Metro Operation Corporation for manpower, ticketing and maintenance. These annuity-style contracts extend the recurring revenue base inside a segment where the company already holds reference clients.
  6. Integrated Facility Management recurring base - IFM contributed 47% of FY26 revenue, with contracts spanning 5-10 years and a tech-first command centre integrating 4,500-plus ground personnel. A large, sticky IFM book provides the baseline cash generation that funds expansion into higher-growth adjacencies like e-surveillance and infrastructure.
