Cash UR Drive Marketing Limited Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report

as of Jul 2026

  1. Exclusive EV bus advertising rights - Exclusive media revenue reached ₹59.07 Cr in FY26, contributing 32% of total revenue, up from 19% in FY25, and management targets this segment reaching 50% of total revenue within three years. Margins on exclusive media are roughly double those of traded media, so the mix shift mechanically expands overall profitability as the contracted bus fleet grows from the current \~1,900 buses toward the 1.5 lakh EV conversion opportunity.
  2. Green media ecosystem expansion - The company expects the green/sustainable media segment, already 30% of H1 FY26 revenue, to become the majority of total revenue within two years, driven by EV charging station advertising and related infrastructure. The 50% stake in CharjKaro Greentech and the 10-year Rishikesh DBFOM concession add advertising inventory on 10 EV charging stations with minimal upfront capital.
  3. Delhi EV charging station rollout - A contract from HITES covers 200 EV charging station locations under the Municipal Corporation of Delhi with two advertising unipoles per site for 10 years, and management plans an additional ₹3-4 Cr investment to build advertising infrastructure on \~350 charging stations in Delhi NCR over 2-3 years. This creates a recurring, long-duration revenue stream inside the company's largest market, which contributed 41.71% of FY26 revenue.
  4. Pune bus contract ramp-up - The Letter of Award for exclusive advertising rights on Olectra Greentech electric buses with PMPML, Pune, covers 151 buses initially with rights on additional buses as supplied, over a 5-year tenure with a potential revenue opportunity of \~₹40 crore. Pune is a new geography for the company, and this contract alone represents roughly two-thirds of FY26 exclusive media revenue.
  5. In-house printing facility - An in-house printing and production unit, with an investment of \~₹6 Cr, was expected to become operational 6-8 months from November 2025. Printing currently absorbs 15-20% of total revenue; bringing that spend in-house directly improves margins on the entire revenue base.
  6. Inventory utilisation improvement - Average utilisation of exclusive inventory was \~50-55% in FY26, with management targeting an increase from the \~40-45% effective utilisation level as newly added inventory was not available for the full year. Higher utilisation on the existing \~1,900-bus base generates revenue growth without requiring additional contract wins or capital.
  7. Large repeat-order client base - Repeat business from clients contributes \~25-30% of total revenue, and recent disclosed orders include a \~₹7.55 Cr transit media campaign executed over 16 days and a \~₹7.17 Cr BTL and OOH campaign across eight cities. A growing base of marquee clients placing short-duration, high-value campaigns provides visible near-term revenue momentum.
  8. Working capital cycle compression - The working capital cycle has improved from \~150 days to \~110-120 days, with a target of 100 days, and the company is debt-free with ₹26.7 Cr in cash as of September 2025. Management states that existing net receivables and cash are sufficient to support ₹150 Cr of incremental revenue without additional equity, so faster cash conversion directly funds organic growth.
