Dishman Carbogen Amcis Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report

as of Aug 2026

  1. ADC co-investment ramp-up - The first Japanese customer co-investment at Bubendorf is producing, with revenue expected to rise from CHF 2.2 crore in FY25 to \~CHF 4 crore next year; a second, fully customer-funded CHF 2.5 crore expansion at Aarau and Neuland completes in Q1/Q3 2027. ADC margins run at more than double consolidated margins, and the customer's first-line approval plus purchase orders in hand give visibility for at least three years.
  2. Bavla site ramp-up - Bavla utilization sits at 20-25%, with management targeting INR 800 crore revenue over three years versus \~INR 250 crore in FY26, backed by \~INR 1,200 crore of RFPs at 30-35% expected conversion. Regulatory hurdles (EDQM, USFDA, PMDA) are cleared, and the site historically ran \~40% EBITDA margins, so volume recovery flows largely to profit.
  3. Swiss-to-India tech transfers - A commercial contract with a U.S. company to transfer a legacy Swiss project to Bavla was signed, a second was approved by a Swiss MNC, and three more are in advanced discussion. Even after a \~30% customer discount, group margin rises \~20-25% because Indian costs are far below Swiss, with the largest Swiss molecule alone worth close to about CHF 1.5-2 crore annually.
  4. French facility breakeven - Saint-Beauzire revenue should reach EUR 11-12 million in FY27 with losses narrowing to \~EUR 6 million, heading to breakeven at EUR 18 million in FY28. ANSM certification has lifted inquiry conversion and added late-phase projects, and peak potential is EUR 45 million at 35% EBITDA margins.
  5. ECB refinancing - The promoter will provide up to CHF 20 crore (\~INR 2,452 crore) as unsecured 10-year ECB at \~4%, replacing Indian rupee debt costing 10.5-11%. The \~7% interest differential should cut quarterly finance costs to INR 30-35 crore from current levels, directly lifting PAT.
  6. Celonic ADC partnership - The October 2025 alliance combines Celonic's antibody production with Dishman's payload, conjugation, and fill-finish, creating an end-to-end ADC platform; first deals are under negotiation with a handful of customers. This opens a new revenue stream from small biotechs developing antibodies, with RFPs already issued.
  7. Late-phase molecule approvals - A Phase III molecule from big pharma received FDA approval days before the Q1 FY27 call, adding a commercial product, and three projects moved from Phase I/II to Phase III last quarter. With 13 late-phase projects including PPQ campaigns and inspections scheduled, each approval converts development work into recurring commercial supply.
  8. Marketable Molecules margin recovery - The specialty segment grew 17% in FY26 to INR 490.65 crore, with FY26 margins up 940 bps to 18.8% on higher Vitamin D analogue share and new wool grease suppliers at better prices. Management targets 20% then 25% segment margins, and Q1 FY27 revenue jumped 48% YoY.
