Denta Water & Infra Solutions Ltd Forensic Report - SOIC x StockScans Report

as of Sep 2026

Denta Water & Infra Solutions' audit record is clean on its face, unqualified opinions, no covenant breaches, and modest litigation. But the numbers underneath tell a different story: six years of ₹274 crore in reported profit have produced negative operating cash flow, related-party contracts now approach a third of revenue, and the company's "zero-debt" claim sits awkwardly against rising bank borrowings and utilised guarantees.

  3. Receivables ballooned, credit-loss allowance is token Major - Trade receivables rose 237% to 85.84 crore in FY25 from 25.47 crore in FY24. What to watch

Bottom line: This is an audited record with real revenue and no covenant breaches, but the cash story is the problem. Six years of reported profit have produced negative operating cash flow, and the gap is funded by rising bank borrowings and promoter-linked contracts. The risk is concentrated in related-party dealings and working-capital absorption, read the receivables line and the Fourwalls loan movement with that in mind.
