Eleganz Interiors Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report
as of Jul 2026
- FY27 revenue growth of 25%+ - Management guides minimum 25% revenue growth for FY27, calling it a “no-brainer” based on an unexecuted order book of ₹547 crore as of March 2026 and at least ₹377 crore executable in the year. With Q1 FY27 already at ₹74.26 crore (up 40% YoY) and a ₹2,600 crore bid pipeline converting at 10-12%, the near-term revenue trajectory is unusually visible for a ₹219-crore-market-cap company.
- Airport renovation project - The company’s largest-ever single order, a ₹188 crore airport renovation contract, runs over three years with a portion still unbilled as of March 2026. This single project anchors multi-year revenue and gives the order book a lumpy, long-cycle backbone that smaller interior-fit-out peers lack.
- Khopoli automated factory - A new company-owned plant near Khopoli, on land already purchased, will bring currently outsourced manufacturing (\~40% of requirements) in-house and add soft-suiting, which is \~5-6% of contract value. Management expects the plant to lift PAT margins by 0.2-0.3% and to provide sufficient capacity for at least five years, removing the bottleneck of a fully utilised 27,000 sq ft Vasai facility.
- Design & Build mix shift - Design & Build contributed 18.5% of FY26 revenue, supported by a nine-year-old in-house design team and a new BKC design studio inaugurated in November 2025. A rising share of Design & Build projects is expected to further enhance margins toward the 8-9% EBITDA target, as clients increasingly prefer single-party delivery.
- Large-project margin premium - The company is deliberately shifting toward projects above ₹50-100 crore, where competition is thinner and it earns an extra 0.5-1% margin. Recent wins include a ₹159.7 crore software-division project and a ₹118 crore Gujarat interior-fit-out order, confirming the pipeline is already tilting toward higher-margin, larger-ticket work.
- Dubai market entry - A Dubai license and virtual office are in place, a General Manager with 20 years’ experience has been hired, and a wholly owned subsidiary incorporation is underway, with an active bid pipeline of 30 million dirhams. While no orders are yet won, the fixed-cost setup is light and the Middle East fit-out market offers ticket sizes that can materially move the needle for a company of this scale.
- Data centre turnkey push - The company has executed small components for two data-centre customers and is building pre-qualifications and exploring MEP partnerships or a small acquisition to offer end-to-end turnkey data-centre projects. Data centres are a high-growth capex theme in India, and even a single turnkey win would represent a step-change in project scope and revenue per contract.
- ERP and AI process tightening - Microsoft Dynamics ERP went live on the first project the day before the Q4 FY26 call, and internally developed AI tools have already lifted the 12-person 3D design team’s productivity by \~30%. At an 8.6% EBITDA margin, even small leakage reductions or productivity gains flow directly to the bottom line without requiring new revenue.
