Fedders Holding Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report

as of Jul 2026

  1. NCLT resolution unlocks FEEL delisting and full consolidation - The NCLT Allahabad Bench approved the modified resolution plan for Fedders Electric and Engineering Ltd (FEEL) on 16 October 2025, including a clause for delisting its shares, and BSE/NSE delisting approval followed on 23 February 2026, effective 2 March 2026. This removes the last structural barrier to fully consolidating FEEL's ₹735 crore asset base and its operating cash flows into Fedders Holding.
  2. Iron ore beneficiation plant in Odisha - ₹200 crore fully infused - The company completed the full infusion of ₹200 crore into FEEL for setting up an iron ore beneficiation plant in Odisha as of 30 September 2024. A fully funded beneficiation plant moves FEEL from trading iron ore fines to capturing processing margins, with the capex already sunk and no further equity drag on the parent.
  3. FEEL TMT bar manufacturing - backward integration into finished steel - FEEL is actively developing a complete TMT bar manufacturing facility, spanning iron ore beneficiation through to steel billet production and TMT bars. Completing the chain from ore to finished construction steel adds a third manufacturing leg alongside EPC and wind towers, with TMT bars commanding higher realisations than exported ore fines.
  4. NSE listing under permitted-to-trade category restores liquidity - Fedders Holding shares were admitted to trading on NSE under the "Permitted to Trade" category effective 20 April 2026, following the earlier delisting from both exchanges on 2 March 2026. Restoring NSE trading access widens the investor base and improves secondary-market liquidity for a ₹809 crore market-cap company.
  5. Warrant forfeitures add ₹14 crore directly to reserves - On 11 November 2025, 1,73,00,000 warrants lapsed and the upfront 25% payment of ₹14.01 crore was forfeited by the company, with no corresponding equity dilution. The forfeited amount flows straight to reserves at zero cost, strengthening the balance sheet without issuing a single new share.
  6. Standalone advisory revenue more than doubles - Standalone revenue from the financial advisory and asset management business rose to ₹95.44 lakh in FY25 from ₹41.02 lakh in FY24, a 133% increase. The advisory business runs with just two permanent employees, so incremental revenue drops through at a very high contribution margin.
