- SSSG and volume: Go Colors is targeting 5% same-store sales growth (SSSG), supported by stores larger than 700 square feet that are already tracking at 2–3% positive SSSG. At a 5–6% value SSSG, volume SSSG is expected to be 1–2% alongside a 3–4% annual increase in average selling price.
- Store transition economics: The company expects an 8–10% increase in total square footage this year as smaller stores close and larger units open. Larger stores generate around ₹1 crore in annual revenue with 24–25% pre-IND AS EBITDA margins, 50–60% ROCE, and an 18–24 month payback on ₹40–50 lakh capex.
- Daily wear pilot: The 15 operational daily wear stores are generating ₹1,000 sales per square foot per month with EBITDA margins exceeding 15–20%. Management plans to expand the pilot to 25–30 stores and evaluate unit economics over an 18-month window before scaling further.
- Margins and inventory: Gross margins remain steady at 62–63% backed by a full-price sales ratio of over 95%, with near-term raw material cost increases being absorbed rather than passed on. Total inventory sits at 100–110 days, with management aiming to reduce it to 90 days over coming quarters.
