Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report
as of Aug 2026
- CDMO partnerships ramp - Three CDMO deals (Viatris, Manx, Arrotex) commercialised in Q1 FY27, guiding ₹200-220 crore incremental revenue over two years, with Viatris' two products alone expected at ₹100-130 crore in year one. Q2 volumes are expected to double from Q1, and CDMO is guided to triple from ₹180 crore to ₹635 crore over three years - the single largest earnings driver on a base of ₹665 crore revenue.
- New product launches - Ibuprofen Sachet (Europe, projected USD 12 Mn) and Macrogol Sachet (UK/Australia, USD 5.5 Mn) commercialised in Q1 FY27, with Clarithromycin dry suspension launching this year and Esomeprazole in FY28. These add four revenue streams on top of the CDMO ramp, with Clarithromycin alone carrying a USD 6 Mn projection in a USD 2.15 Bn market.
- Ezetimibe + Atorvastatin scale-up - Sales more than tripled to ₹80.78 crore in FY26 from ₹23.28 crore in FY25, with Q1 FY27 at \~₹25 crore and expected to increase every quarter. This is the fastest-growing export product, already the top export earner, and the partnership with Tiffen-Becker gives Ind-Swift 43% of differential pricing profits.
- Dossier and registration pipeline - Dossiers filed rose to 2,100+ from 1,915+, registrations to 850+ from 750+, with a target of 2,500 dossiers by Q4 FY27 and 400+ new registrations expected this year. Each registration is a potential revenue stream - 500 authorisations already under registration are expected to grant within 1-3 years.
- Samba facility EU-GMP upgrade - The Jammu plant is being upgraded to EU-GMP and PIC/S standards at \~₹45 crore investment, targeting approval by early 2028. Management expects additional revenues of ₹100 crore from European and regulated markets from FY 2029-30 onwards - a funded, dated catalyst that opens a new regulated-market platform.
- Capex programme deployment - ₹250 crore of cash on books is being deployed over 2.5 years across warehouse, capacity enhancement, and Jammu division, all three already kick-started. This converts idle cash into revenue-generating capacity - the Derabassi GBU alone can support ₹1,000 crore+ revenue at current capacity.
- Domestic business expansion - Domestic business is guided to grow at 15-20% CAGR, driven by chronic therapies with 76% gross margins, 2,400+ stockists, and a new Agile generics division with \~150 products. The Ethical division already grew 15% with flagship brands, and the first new brand in five years (Matravi) hit ₹9 crore within six months.
- Greenfield operations scale-up - 125+ medical reps deployed across Uzbekistan, East Africa, and Myanmar, with 209 own brands in South Africa and direct operations in Dubai, Baku, and Dushanbe. These markets are moving from entry to dominance, with triple-digit growth targeted in Tajikistan and Azerbaijan and new registrations secured in Georgia, Armenia, Chile, Colombia, and Peru.
- Out-licensing and complex generics - Developing complex generics in-house and licensing dossiers to partners in UK, EU, Australia, and Canada, backed by 2,100+ dossiers filed and 520+ approvals. This monetises the existing R&D asset base without additional capex, with long-standing partnerships including Teva, Actavis, and Viatris for co-development.
