ITI Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report

as of Jul 2026

  1. ASCON Phase-IV defence network - The ₹7,796.39 cr strategic network for the Army is in advanced execution with 110 of 166 optical links already acceptance-tested, all subsystem equipment due for delivery by March 2026, and project handover targeted by December 2026. This single project is nearly 4x ITI's last reported annual revenue, and completion within FY27 would deliver a concentrated surge in billing and cash collection.
  2. BharatNet Phase-III - Packages 8, 9 & 15 - ITI signed a consolidated agreement with BSNL for three packages worth ₹6,956 cr covering Himachal, West Bengal, A&N Islands, and the North East, with cable-laying already underway across 81 blocks in Himachal. The order book from this one award exceeds three times the company's annual topline, providing multi-year revenue visibility from a government-funded fibre build.
  3. Land monetisation and debt repayment - ITI sold approximately 21 acres at K.R. Puram, Bengaluru, for ₹914.31 cr and used ₹902.81 cr of the proceeds to repay fund-based borrowings, with the mortgage released in June 2026. Eliminating the bulk of its ₹765 cr debt removes interest cost from the P&L and frees operating cash flow that previously serviced lenders.
  4. BSNL 4G rollout - West Zone and Reservation Quota - ITI has already billed \~₹2,391 cr against the West Zone 4G project (23,633 sites, \~₹2,685 cr total value) and completed production of 4G RAN for a further ₹2,421 cr Reservation Quota order, with an additional ₹1,142 cr RAN manufacturing order received. With installation and integration substantially done, the remaining unbilled portion converts to near-term revenue and cash.
  5. Defence NFS Project - OFC Packages F & G - Package-F (98 of 102 links commissioned) and Package-G (103 of 110 links completed) together carry a combined order value of \~₹3,056 cr including seven-year AMC. The projects are close to full commissioning, shifting the revenue mix toward higher-margin maintenance annuities.
  6. Solar manufacturing expansion - 500 MW module line - ITI plans to invest ₹80 cr to expand its Naini solar module capacity from 18 MW to 500 MW. At the guided capex, the expansion adds scale at a fraction of the cost of a greenfield plant, letting the company bid for larger EPC and module-supply tenders.
  7. IT & e-Governance project wins - ITI secured a ₹167 cr ASSK contract in Maharashtra, a \~₹95 cr mining digital transformation project in Uttarakhand, and a \~₹110 cr empanelment with GIPL for IT infrastructure and a Cyber Security Operations Centre in Gujarat, adding to a Gujarat state project portfolio exceeding ₹1,200 cr. These wins diversify revenue away from telecom infrastructure into sticky, multi-year state-government digital contracts.
  8. Space electronics - ISRO and PSLV packages - Palakkad fabricated 28 Avionics Packages and 18 HMSA packages that flew on the NISAR satellite in July 2025 and has begun executing orders for the HAL-L&T consortium for PSLV. Repeat flight-proven hardware supply to ISRO and its launch partners builds a niche, high-barrier revenue stream with long programme lifetimes.
