Jash Engineering Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report
as of Aug 2026
- FY27 revenue guide - Management guides ₹875 crore FY27 revenue on a ₹932 crore order book (₹639 crore outside India), with FY28 at \~₹1,025 crore and a long-term ₹1,500 crore by 2031 target. That implies \~19% growth over FY26's ₹736 crore, with PAT margin guidance of 13-14%.
- Rodney Hunt US ramp - FY27 revenue target exceeds $35-36 million with profitability, on a \~$40 million order book where over 80% of pending orders already factor in the 50% US tariff. The Houston plant commissioning by March 2027 adds local stainless steel gate and screen capacity, targeting FY28 PAT margins of 10%.
- India capacity commissioned - Unit 1 foundry and gate/valve expansion (commissioned Q1 FY27) raises cast gate and valve capacity over 30%, while the new SEZ Pithampur plant (commissioned April 2026) adds \~70,000 sq ft for large stainless steel fabricated exports. Combined Pithampur capability reaches ₹300-400 crore, and total India capacity across five plants hits ₹1,200 crore on a 2-3 shift basis.
- Chennai process equipment plant - The \~65,000 sq ft Chennai facility (commissioned August 2025, commercial production from August 2025) manufactures treatment process equipment and screens for South India, freeing Indore capacity. This plant also becomes the manufacturing base for the acquired WesTech industrial process equipment business, which currently outsources all production.
- WesTech/Jash Process Equipment - The acquisition closed mid-January 2026 for ₹31.4 crore (90% stake), adding a ₹56 crore-turnover industrial process equipment business serving mining, alumina, and paper & pulp. Shifting its outsourced manufacturing into Jash facilities over 1-2 years should cut costs and improve profitability, with an order book of ₹29-32 crore.
- Waterfront UK + Penstocks - Penstocks (UK) acquisition agreed 02.04.2026 for £550,000, with completion on or before 30 June 2026, adding a Midlands manufacturing base and pan-UK presence. Combined with Waterfront’s seven frameworks, the merged entity targets ₹125-135 crore revenue in 3-4 years versus Waterfront’s \~₹46 crore FY26 run-rate.
- Mahr Maschinenbau revival - The Austrian subsidiary secured its first two big jobs (2 screens for UK, 14 for Iraq), with FY27 revenue expected \~₹15 crore on a ₹31 crore order book. This is a near-zero base turning into a new earnings contributor, with manufacturing split between UK and India.
- Data center pressure vessels - First order for 4 vessels received, 32 vessels under negotiation, and quotes out for 600+ vessels at ₹30-60 lakh each. Existing capacity can produce 75-80 vessels per year, so even a fraction of the quoted pipeline would add ₹20-40 crore annually against a current revenue base of ₹156 crore per quarter.
- Saudi Arabia plant - Land application submitted, with plant expected to be ready in 10-12 months from construction start and commercial production planned by 1st July 2027. The company expects to become a major player in the Saudi market by 2030 with revenue in excess of ₹100 crores, serving local EPC contractors like Wabag and L&T needing Saudi value addition.
- Singapore mega project - Quoted more than USD 90 crore worth of rising sea level projects, with tendering expected from 2028 and execution spread over 20-25 years. Jash equipment represents a 20%-40% market share of these Singapore projects, positioning this as a multi-decade revenue stream.
