- FY32 strategic targets: KP Group has set a target for 2032 to reach 10 GW of independent power producer (IPP) capacity, 10 GW of third-party EPC, and 10 GW in battery energy storage systems (BESS). The group projects top-line and bottom-line growth at a 25% CAGR.
- Capex and funding: The group plans a ₹24,000 crore capex program funded primarily through debt and internal accruals, with an equity contribution of 25% (₹6,000 crore) without equity dilution.
- SunDrops BESS expansion: SunDrops is slated to reach 5 GW operational capacity by 2030 and 10 GW by 2032, targeting peak revenue of ₹9,000 crore. An IPO for the vertical is planned before the end of calendar year 2025.
- Promoter pledge release: The promoter confirmed that the existing pledge on approximately 45% of KPI Green Energy shares was taken solely for project funding and is scheduled to be fully released before March 31, 2027.
