- Tipping jacks launch - Launched 19 December 2025, with 226 units sold in Q1 FY27 against installed capacity of 800 kits/month; FY27 revenue target is ₹45-50 cr at \~15% margins. This adds a new safety-critical product line selling to existing trailer fabricator customers, scaling to 300-400 kits/month run-rate through FY27.
- Tractor segment share gain - Tractor & Agri revenue grew \~40% YoY in Q1 FY27, with a third large OEM starting revenues that quarter; management targets raising tractor contribution from \~9% to \~15% of revenue over two years. New products - forgings, shaft components, castings - with existing OEMs plus a new domestic OEM add a second growth leg beyond CVs.
- Exports ramp with European Tier-1s - Exports grew 45% YoY in Q1 FY27, contributing \~4.5% of revenue, with bulk supply to Sweden's Leax AB across four to five product segments; management targets 8% of revenue within two years. Export product lines carry the best margins across the business, and new European Tier-1 orders are under validation with revenues expected from H2 FY27.
- Foundry and forging capacity - The high-pressure moulding line, operational by September 2026, doubles casting capacity from 1,200 to 2,700 tonnes/month; forging capacity already doubled to 3,500 MT/month with two screw presses commissioned. No further capacity expansion is needed for volume ramp-up, with forging to operate at \~70% utilization - removing the bottleneck that capped Q4 trailer sales.
- Trailer fabricator network expansion - Trailer axle and suspension volumes grew \~34% YoY in Q1 FY27, with five new fabricators added in Q3 FY26 and distribution reaching almost every state; a 3-5% price hike took effect 1 April 2026. The 200+ dealer network, exclusive agreements in three geographies, and 75+ member service team deepen penetration in a segment where Kross holds 26-28% share versus the leader's \~45%.
