Lohia Corp Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report
as of Aug 2026
- Order book compounding - The order book reached \~₹1,800 cr at end-June 2026, up 195% from June 2025, with customer advances of \~20% backing it; management guides 20-25% revenue growth for FY27. At \~6-9 month execution, the book alone supports the guided growth, and the 30% Q1 jump shows demand is still accelerating.
- Export mix recovery - Exports were \~41% of Q1 revenue vs \~37% in Q4 FY26, and management expects them to stabilise at \~50% of revenue/order book, the historical range. Export prices run 12-15% higher than domestic, so a return to the 50% mix lifts both revenue and margins without new capacity.
- Capacity headroom to ₹2,500 cr - Existing facilities can support \~₹2,400-2,500 cr turnover with only minor machine balancing, against FY26 revenue of ₹1,717 cr. That is \~45% headroom with no major capex planned; beyond ₹2,500 cr, each ₹500 cr of turnover needs just ₹80-100 cr of capex.
- Replacement cycle inflection - Replacement demand is currently only \~3-5% of the order book but is expected to rise, with machine life of 20-25 years creating a global pool of ageing Taiwanese, Japanese and Chinese machines. Even a few points of share shift from replacement to new capacity would add a durable demand layer on top of existing customers' expansions.
- Recycling machinery scale-up - The polyolefin recycling business is newly entered and small (\~5-6% of revenue mix) but is a stated growth focus, with India's recycling market projected to double from $4.2 Bn (CY23) to $7.0 Bn by CY32. The pipeline includes the ReclaPro cutter-compactor and a smaller ReclaMax to pull in mid-size customers - a second earnings leg from a market growing faster than the core.
- Monofilament via acquisitions - Leesona Corp acquired JJ Jenkins (USA) and incorporated OMGM in Italy in 2026 for technical monofilament extrusion lines; the global high-performance fibre market is projected to grow 8-10% CAGR to over US$28 Bn by 2030. These are newly consolidated, revenue-contributing assets that extend the product range beyond woven plastic machinery.
- Aftermarket annuity build - Spare parts are \~10-12% of revenue and generate \~2-3% of plant value annually on a perpetual basis, at gross margins 2-3% higher than machinery. Every new machine sold adds to this recurring stream, so the current order book compounds into a growing, higher-margin annuity.
- New product cycle - Q1 FY27 launched the CoEx 1600 multi-layer coating line, Nova 6+ loom at 1,150 picks/min, and FIBC cutting machines; these target high-barrier packaging and technical textiles, applications beyond the cement-bag core. They broaden the addressable market and support the 20-25% growth guide without needing new capacity.
