Likhitha Infrastructure Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report
as of Jul 2026
- Abu Dhabi ASAB pipeline order - On 26 June 2026 Likhitha received a ₹510 Cr order from China Petroleum Engineering-Abu Dhabi for pipeline package ASAB, to be executed over 21 months. At roughly 53% of the last reported annual revenue of ₹457 Cr, this single contract materially fills the order book and pulls revenue visibility well into FY28.
- ₹850 Cr domestic order book - The outstanding domestic order book stood at ₹850+ Cr as of 31 March 2026, with the company geared to execute 400 km of pipelines per year in its core sectors. That backlog is nearly two years of revenue at the current run-rate, providing a base-load of activity while new international orders layer on top.
- Oil India Assam rehabilitation order - A ₹121 Cr order from Oil India for pipeline coating refurbishment in Assam, won on 28 May 2026, runs over three years. The longer execution window adds steady, multi-year annuity-style revenue from a public-sector client.
- HPCL cross-country pipeline order - On 6 May 2026 the company won a ₹72 Cr order from HPCL for cross-country pipeline laying, to be completed in 12 months. Short-tenure orders like this convert to revenue quickly, supporting near-term top-line recovery.
- UAE joint venture with Sait Specialized - The Board approved a 65%-owned JV with Sait Specialized Engineering-Abu Dhabi in November 2025 to expand in the UAE and other oil-exporting countries. A local entity with an established partner lowers the barrier to bidding on and executing further Middle East work beyond the ASAB package.
- ₹60 Cr warrant issue to fund growth - The Board approved a ₹60 Cr fully convertible warrant issue on 22 June 2026, with 25% payable upfront and the balance on conversion within 18 months. The infusion strengthens the balance sheet for working-capital needs on larger orders without adding debt, keeping the company net-debt-free.
- Green hydrogen pipeline readiness - Shareholders amended the Main Object clause in April 2025 to include renewable and non-renewable energy, positioning the company for hydrogen-ready pipelines and storage under the government's Green Hydrogen Mission. When hydrogen infrastructure tenders begin, Likhitha can participate without a further objects amendment.
