Lloyds Enterprises Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report
as of Aug 2026
- SISCOL acquisition - The group signed a definitive agreement on 18 June 2026 to buy 88.12% of SISCOL for ₹1,073 Cr, with completion expected by 31 July 2026. SISCOL brings ₹1,134 Cr of orders and 100,000 MTPA of fabrication capacity, lifting combined capacity to 150,000 MTPA and adding a second earnings leg at roughly 11% EBITDA margins.
- Jonnagiri gold mine ramp-up - Commercial operations began 24 June 2026 at India's first private primary gold mine, targeting around 400 kg of gold in FY27. At \~75% project-level EBITDA margins and current gold prices above ₹16,000/gram, LEL's \~30.5% stake could add roughly ₹142 Cr of attributable EBITDA at peak.
- LEWL merger completion - The absorption of LICL, Metalfab and Techno into LEWL closed, with Q1 FY27 consolidated income of ₹540 Cr, up 139% YoY, and an order book of ₹8,857 Cr. LEL's \~33% stake now rides a design-to-execution platform with 4.5x revenue visibility from the order book.
- LMEL capacity expansion - LMEL is scaling mining throughput to 55 Mnt, its pellet plant from 8 to 12 Mnt, and DRI from 360Kt to 700Kt, with the slurry pipeline commissioned. LEL's 4.13% stake swung from a ₹2.92 Cr loss share in FY25 to ₹42.43 Cr profit share in FY26, and this expansion should extend that trajectory.
- Real estate demerger - The scheme to merge LRDL and IPPL into LEL and demerge the real estate business into listed Lloyds Realty Limited received NSE and BSE approvals, with NCLT approval pending. The demerger unlocks a separately valued realty entity holding 270+ acres with cumulative revenue potential exceeding ₹5,000 Cr.
- Khopoli township development - Non-binding MoUs cover over 170 acres at Khopoli for plotted residential communities, with developable potential exceeding 1.3 crore sq ft. Management expects these projects to generate revenues exceeding ₹5,000 Cr over the next five years on an asset-light JV model.
- LEWL technology partnerships - LEWL secured an EPS Gen-4 order exceeding ₹50 Cr with TMW, expanded its Fincantieri alliance to CPP and shafting, and added drone and industrial optimisation partnerships. These moves push LEWL beyond fabrication into higher-margin defence and marine components.
- Rights issue conversion - The ₹992 Cr rights issue allotted 25.4 crore partly paid-up shares at ₹39 each, with the balance call money due by 31 March 2027. Collecting the remaining \~₹496 Cr strengthens LEL's balance sheet to fund the SISCOL acquisition and real estate pipeline without further dilution.
