- Debt reduction: Lumino Industries will utilize ₹337 crore from its ₹500 crore fresh issue proceeds to pay down debt carrying an 8.5% interest rate, making the company largely debt-free and enhancing PAT margins.
- Order book execution: Out of the company's ~₹3,200 crore order book, ₹1,200 crore in product orders will largely convert to revenue within the current financial year, while ₹2,000 crore in EPC orders will be executed over three to four years. Management targets a long-term revenue mix of 70% product and 30% EPC.
- Manufacturing expansion: Following an 85% capacity utilization rate on its 40,000 metric tonne base last year, the company is adding 11,000 metric tonnes in H2 and constructing a new plant in Howrah to manufacture 11 kV, 33 kV, and 66 kV cables alongside high temperature low sag conductors.
- Financial growth outlook: While formal guidance will be published following H1 results, management expects to maintain its historical performance benchmarks of 10% to 11% EBITDA margins and a 25% to 30% CAGR.
