- NIM and funding: Full-year net interest margin reached 3.91% with Q4 at 3.95%, while management maintained a conservative guidance of 3.75% for FY26–27. Margin performance was supported by falling deposit costs and a focus on CASA and alternate borrowings over high-cost bulk deposits.
- Network expansion: After achieving 17% business growth, the bank raised next year's growth guidance to 16–17%, driven by "Project 321" to open 321 scientifically mapped branches over 18 months. This rollout is part of a broader board-approved strategy to add 1,000 branches over five years.
- Gift City operations: The bank's International Business Unit (IBU) at Gift City reached $650 million (₹6,125 crore) in business within seven months of launch. This platform allows the bank to present a global balance sheet and participate in external commercial borrowings and international syndications.
- Prudential buffers: The bank voluntarily set aside a ₹200 crore buffer against geopolitical risks like the West Asia crisis, despite no mandatory directive from the RBI. The bank's provision coverage ratio stood at 98.51%, or roughly 92% excluding standard asset provisions.
