Mangalam Global Enterprise Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report
as of Jul 2026
- Jotana plant ramping to ₹400 cr revenue - The edible oil refinery (200 tpd) and seed crushing plant (20 tpd) at Jotana, Mehsana, started production on 7 January 2025 after a ₹10.87 cr asset purchase. Management expects this single facility to add approximately ₹400 cr per annum to the top line, which would lift group revenue by roughly 12% over FY26 levels once fully utilised.
- Neat Everyday retail rollout to 100 stores - Nine stores and one kiosk are already open across Ahmedabad, Mumbai, and Indore as of 1 July 2026, with management targeting 100 stores by March 2028 focused on Tier I and Tier II cities. A physical footprint of that scale turns the brand from an online experiment into a visible consumer franchise and pulls through the higher-margin product portfolio now sitting inside an operating segment that is still sub-scale.
- B2C wellness brand with in-house manufacturing - Neat Everyday launched with over 30 formulated products spanning cold-pressed oils, softgels, gummies, and personal care, all made at the company's own Jotana unit. Because production is captive and each incremental sale is expected to be earnings-accretive, scaling revenue from the FY26 base of ₹1.99 cr can absorb the segment's current operating losses and widen group OPM beyond its historical 1.5-1.9% band.
- Dubai subsidiary for international trading - Mangalam Global General Trading FZE was incorporated in Dubai with a trade licence received on 12 January 2026 and capital of AED 36.7 lakh. A Dubai hub shortens the supply chain for the company's existing ₹79 cr export book and ₹648 cr import spend, potentially improving trading margins and giving direct access to Middle East and African buyers.
- Oleo speciality products backward integration - Wholly owned subsidiary Mangalam Oleo Speciality Products Private Limited was incorporated on 17 November 2025 to manufacture oleochemicals, fatty acids, glycerine, and derivatives from vegetable oils and animal fats. Moving from trading crude and refined oils into processing oleo derivatives captures the margin that currently sits with downstream processors, though the subsidiary had not yet commenced operations as of November 2025.
- Singapore subsidiary scaling up - Corporate guarantees for Mangalam Global (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. more than doubled to USD 150 lakh (₹14,198 lakh) by March 2026 from USD 70 lakh a year earlier. The expanded guarantee envelope signals that the Singapore trading entity is handling larger volumes, which feeds directly into the foreign-operations revenue line.
