Mphasis Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report

as of Aug 2026

  1. Mphasis Tria platform - Launched as the world's first Enterprise Agency Platform with two product lines, Modernize and Optimize; within seven weeks, multiple opportunities moved from conversation to closure and are now in execution. Shifts revenue from point-in-time projects toward recurring, platform-attached ARR, opening use cases and budget pools not accessible under the old service-led model.
  2. AI-led pipeline growth - AI-led deals grew from 12% of pipeline to 70% since Mphasis.ai launched, with total pipeline up 28% YoY and non-BFS pipeline up 18% sequentially. Q2 FY27 is positioned to deliver the best sequential constant currency growth in three years, with FY27 guidance of high single-digit to low double-digit growth maintained.
  3. Large deal momentum - Net new TCV was $461 million in Q1 FY27, the fifth consecutive quarter above $400 million, including one deal over $100 million; trailing-twelve-month TCV exceeds $1.8 billion. Large deals greater than $20 million in pipeline grew 10% sequentially, with 63% of TCV wins AI-led.
  4. NeoIP platform adoption - Launched 27 Oct 2025, NeoIP integrates multiple Mphasis.ai solutions with agentic capabilities; early deployments show up to 60% efficiency gains and 50% faster incident resolution. Clients contributing over 50% of revenue are already using the platform, and deals run five-to-seven years once started.
  5. Insurance vertical growth - Insurance grew about 35% in FY26 and is expected to be a key growth driver through FY27, with a new global leader appointed. A large North American life insurer chose Mphasis as sole provider for application development and management, deploying the Neo Suite of AI platforms.
  6. TAP acquisition - Continuum AI - Mphasis Ireland Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, acquired 100% of Theory and Practice on 21 April 2026, adding the Continuum AI decision intelligence platform with tier-one CPG and Retail clients already validated in production. Extends capabilities into enterprise decision transformation, adding CPG and Retail to the mix.
  7. Forward Deployment Engineers model - Small pods of 3-5 elite engineers deliver proof of value before handing over to scale delivery, at high billing rates and higher profitability profiles. RFPs are turning into hackathons with clients requesting live sandboxes and MVPs, driving platform stickiness and managed services scale.
  8. Red Oak consolidation - Customer consolidation initiative expected to start toward end of August, with typical payout of 1x-1.2x revenue as consideration. Baked into FY27 outlook, though it will not have full quarter impact in Q2.
