Narmada Agrobase Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report

as of Aug 2026

  1. Regional market expansion - Management is expanding beyond its Gujarat-Rajasthan-MP base into Maharashtra, Punjab-Haryana, and North Rajasthan, backed by a stronger dealer network. Rajasthan is the primary revenue market today, so new states add a second growth leg on top of an existing 1,000+ retail point base.
  2. Value-added product launches - Pelletized cattle feed, molasses-enriched feed blocks, and cottonseed oil are set to launch, positioned to enhance margins. These move the company up from commodity cattle feed and cottonseed cake into higher-priced, higher-margin products.
  3. Export diversification - Management targets international revenue at 15-20% of turnover within three years, with a B2B export portal live and talks underway with a Vietnam company. Exports were already 19% of FY25 revenue, so the target is an expansion of a proven channel, not a new one.
  4. Capacity utilization doubling - Installed capacity is 40,000 tonnes per annum at 50% utilization, and management expects utilization to double in 2026-27. Doubling utilization on existing capacity lifts revenue without proportional fixed-cost increases, expanding operating margin.
  5. Narmada Bio Feed subsidiary - A wholly owned subsidiary was incorporated on 6 May 2026 to handle cattle feed, poultry feed, aqua feed, and bio feed products. This gives a separate vehicle for new feed categories and renewable-energy products, broadening the product shelf beyond the parent's current line.
  6. Renewable energy R&D - R&D is ongoing on white coal (a waste product for heat generation) and biogas. If commercialized, these turn agricultural waste into a new revenue stream with no raw-material cost.
