  5. 5 GPRA redevelopment approval - The 5 GPRA project (Lodhi, Andrews Ganj, DIZ, Lakshmi Bai Nagar) cleared by group of ministers and PIB, now with Cabinet for approval; expected order value \~₹30,000 cr. This would roughly triple the current 7 GPRA order book and extend the redevelopment pipeline for years.
  6. State government redevelopment model - Discussions at final stage with Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand for redevelopment of government townships; the model offers states 4x area and 2x units with no investment, NBCC charging only PMC fee. Kerala Housing Board project (\~₹2,000 cr) is already secured, proving the model works beyond Delhi.

NBCC becomes the natural partner for fitting out and redeveloping CPSE assets, creating recurring fee and monetisation income.
