- Order book pipeline: NBCC currently holds an order book of around ₹1.2 lakh crore with ₹38,000 crore in active execution, and plans to award another ₹20,000 crore this year. The company also expects to secure ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 crore in fresh orders during the third or fourth quarter, primarily from two major Central Government PMC projects.
- Financial growth targets: The company guides for current-year revenue of ₹17,000 to ₹18,000 crore and a PAT of ₹1,100 to ₹1,200 crore. By FY29, it targets a topline of ₹28,000 to ₹30,000 crore and a PAT of ₹2,000 to ₹2,500 crore, driven by high-margin in-house real estate projects delivering profit margins above 30%.
- Redevelopment business mix: Around 96% to 97% of the total order book comprises PMC contracts, split roughly 50-50 between pure PMC and self-sustainable redevelopment projects. Redevelopment projects earn PMC fees of 8% to 10% including marketing, providing superior returns compared to pure PMC and PPP models.
- Asset monetization progress: The company has monetized 2.34 lakh square feet at Bharat Business Park, generating ₹8,900 crore across two auctions. Only one tower remains to be sold, which is expected to yield an additional ₹1,000 crore.
